Project: Dutch Design Week – Website Design (Home & Programme Pages)
Context: Dutch Design Week (DDW) is an annual design event in Eindhoven. They needed a new website aligned with their updated visual identity.
Role & Tools: Digital/Web Designer in close collaboration with Senior Designer Rinse Elsenga and Bravoure's CEO Anthony Thissen. Tools: Figma.
Process:
Joined brainstorming with Anthony Thissen and Rinse Elsenga
Explored two directions (light vs. dark blue backgrounds)
Iterated designs for Home and Programme pages, selecting the dark blue direction
Created final layouts and animated prototypes for desktop and mobile
Result: Delivered designs for the Home and Programme pages; the remaining pages were developed client-side.
Learnings: End-to-end website design experience, improved speed in iteration and prototyping.

Context: Vanquish Yachts, a Dutch luxury yacht builder, required a scalable design system for their new website.

Designed button components in all states (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, Default)
Created light/dark mode variations of key UI elements
Contributed to navigation components (Navigation Bar, Sub-navigation)
Participated in text styles development
Result: Contributed to a design system covering buttons, navigation, forms, and typography, ensuring visual and functional consistency across the site.
Learnings: Practical experience in design system thinking, scalable UI patterns, and component-based workflows.

Project: Depot Noir – Brand Identity
Context: Depot Noir, the first wine platform combining purchase, storage, and digital cellar subscription, needed a strong brand identity to launch on the market.
Role & Tools: Visual Designer, in collaboration with Senior Designer Rinse Elsenga. Tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma.
Process:
Designed a packaging concept for the wine box, exploring visual directions aligned with the brand’s identity
Created visuals for social media channels, using high-quality mockups to present branding applications in real-life contexts
Contributed to the development of the brand book, documenting visual guidelines and usage rules
Result: Delivered packaging design, social media assets, mockups, and a structured brand book as part of a new, cohesive identity for Depot Noir. The brand identity was implemented across digital and physical touchpoints.
Learnings: Gained hands-on experience in brand identity creation, packaging design, and the preparation of a professional brand book. Learned to translate visual concepts into consistent, scalable brand applications under the guidance of a senior designer.

Context: During my internship at Bravoure, I also created motion graphics for client and internal use, aimed at enhancing brand communication on social media.
Role & Tools: Motion Designer, in collaboration with Head of Design Simon Sitanala. Tools: Jitter, Adobe After Effects.
Process:
Designed and animated a social media asset in Jitter for a client project, based on their brief
Developed a more complex animation in After Effects for Bravoure’s Instagram content and website case (De Pont Museum typography)
Worked iteratively to refine timing, transitions, and visual consistency
Result:
The Jitter animation was published on the client’s Instagram account
The After Effects animation was finalized for internal use and is planned for publication
Learnings: Improved motion design skills across different tools, learned to adapt animation to brand guidelines, and gained experience producing social-ready motion assets.
